For order cancellation, you can go to the <👤 > icon and log in with your phone number and an OTP then tap on the cancel order option and then select the order you want to cancel.
Another way to cancel your order is to go to the confirmation email you must have received when you placed the order, go to the very end of the email body and you can see the cancel option, tap and cancel your order on the go!
Please note, that the cancel option will only be available while the orders are in the processing stage.

- Limited Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item for exchange is no longer in stock, we will offer alternatives or store credit as per your preference. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Reverse Pickup and Delivery Charges: In the case of an exchange, our delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from your location and additional delivery charges for delivering the new product back to your location. As these charges are two-way, we kindly request our customers to bear the cost of one-way delivery charge, which amounts to ₹100.
- Payment Process: Once you contact our customer service team and initiate the exchange request, they will guide you on the payment process for the one-way delivery charge. You can make the payment using the available payment methods provided by us.
- Exchange Processing: After receiving the payment for the one-way delivery charge, our team will process your exchange request. We will arrange for the reverse pickup of the original product from your location and ensure the delivery of the new product as per your requested size, color, or variant.
- Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will assess the situation and provide a suitable solution, which may include an exchange, repair, or refund as deemed appropriate.
- Final Sale and Non-Exchangeable Items: Certain items, such as clearance, gift cards, or promotional items, are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Please carefully review the product details before making a purchase.
