- Click on “Buy now”
- Add your address, and preferred payment method, and make a transaction. Your order is placed after the payment is successful, you will get a confirmation email and text soon.
We are sorry for the inconvenience, in case you receive the payment fallout text but money is deducted it will return to your bank account or wallet immediately. If not, please wait 24-36 hours.

Yes, Cash on delivery option is available on order placement. The option is also dependent on your location.
There is no pre-designated delivery time on all orders. We at Tog and Trim package all our cool stuff in material that is cool for the environment too. This requires the product to be handled with care. Depending on your order size and location, we guarantee the best and fastest delivery services.
We have a standard order cancellation policy. You can cancel your order within a limited time window before the order is dispatched for delivery. Once the order is out for delivery, the cancelling option is not available, but we provide other options.
If you have ordered the wrong size or want to opt for another design/style, you can return and replace the order, after accepting the orders.
As soon as you place the order, an automated confirmation email and SMS with delivery details are generated by the system, which will acknowledge the order placed. It will include your ordered number, item details, approximate delivery date, amount of order, etc.
Orders placed information is also available on your account. By logging into your account on the Tog and Trim website you can trace your order history, status and delivery dates.

The gifting option is not yet available. But you can place it in multiple delivery locations. The gifting option is a work in progress, to provide sustainable packaging throughout the country.

- Click on orders
- Go to your recent purchase
- Select the return option
- State your reason for return
- Confirm return.

Few pin codes are unavailable for COD. other reasons could be:
- You might have made multiple orders. In this case, only a limited number of orders are available for COD.
- COD will also not apply to customers with multiple recent cancelled or returned order histories as per the standard policy.
- In case you have applied for a coupon from their party, COD will not be available. Try other payment methods like UPI, Debit card, credit card or mobile wallet.
